GOAL

Custom workshops designed to tackle big challenges in a short period of time.

What To Expect

Before each workshop you will provide an overview of your organization along with answers to key questions. Next, a FiveStone team member will conduct a phone interview to gather more specific information from you to assist us in tailoring the day to meet your objectives.

The day of your workshop will unfold as a collaborative learning experience designed to give you insights into organizational challenges and a path forward in solving those challenges. Regardless of the length or topic, our workshops are divided into three overlapping sections:

Educate

During the workshop we will share best practices, language, and ideas to provide a framework within your organization moving forward.

Evaluate

Together we will dive into the dynamics of your organization and assess how you might proceed.

Prototype

Together we will produce low-fidelity prototypes to assist in testing new ideas and gathering feedback.

The Innovative Organization

1 DAY
WORKSHOP

3-6
TEAM MEMBERS

Who is This For?

This workshop is for any organization losing ground in the ever-changing business landscape. Older organizations struggling to attract new customers or to create a culture of innovation as well as new organizations planning for the growth have benefitted from this workshop.

What We Cover?

The bulk of our time will be spent teaching innovation methods and techniques. We will then map your current efforts against a framework as a means to evaluate ideas in relation to new customers and offerings.

What You Will Leave With?

At the end of our time you will have an overview of a variety of innovation frameworks and techniques along with the tools needed to apply them to your organization.

Who is This For?

Any organization who wants to succeed needs to tell clear, compelling stories. This workshop is for any stage organization who is having trouble communicating what they do and why it matters.

What We Cover?

We will take a look at why storytelling matters, what makes a good story, and how to tell one. Our time together will be a mix of overview information with quick exercises designed to flush out ideas for your story.

What You Will Leave With?

This workshop will give you a way to think about storytelling and how you might use it to communicate the value of your organization. Not only will you have new ways of thinking about your messaging, but you will have experimented with new ways of telling your story.

Minimum Viable Brand

3 DAY
WORKSHOP

3-5
TEAM MEMBERS

Who is This For?

The three day brand sprint is a process by which we define and execute a Minimum Viable Brand (MVB). This process and outcome is ideal for early stage startups who understand the importance of branding, but need to launch quickly and learn along the way. This means the total investment of both time and money are appropriate for the stage of the organization.

What We Cover?

A lot. This is three days of jam-packed thinking, sketching, testing, and coffee. Together we work through defining key brand frameworks and visualizing those frameworks through a series of key assets.

What You Will Leave With?

The sprint covers a lot of ground in helping you establish a MVB. The primary outcome is a solid foundation for the future growth of the brand. However, you will also leave with a set of tangible assets, such as brand frameworks, a logo, color palette, type treatments, and a standards manual.
